The main objective of the emergency breaking project is to develop a breaking system with the indicator. The most important feature of a car is its breaking system. The break failure will occur only when the break liner is cut or when the brake shoe is exhausted. This system is very useful for the vehicle drivers. By using this system, they can drive their car safely and prevent the car accidents.
This project contains two sensors. One sensor is connected with the brake liner. The other sensor is connected with the brake shoe. These sensors will send the signal to the microcontroller. The sensor will send signal to the microcontroller when the break liner is cut. Also, it will send the signal to the microcontroller when the brake shoe is exhausted. The microcontroller will receive the signal and analyses the signal. Then, it operates the corresponding indicator.
If there is any problem, then red indicator will glow. If nothing is wrong, then the green indicator will glow. If the brake failure happened in running time, the microcontroller will operate an alternate brake automatically. This project indicates the status of the brake. By using this project, the user can identify the condition of the brake and thus it reduces the chances of car accidents.
