The main objective of Pneumatic Chapathi Machine project is to make chapathi using air pressure. In this project, the vanes are rotated by wind energy. The axle is connected with a set of gears. When the axle is rotated, the upper disk of the chapathi machine will move to up or down according to the direction of the air flow. This project is user-friendly and easy to use.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

At the bottom of the threaded rod, we connected cylinder and rod. When high-pressure air goes out of the cylinder in one hole, the blades in the vane will rotate in one direction. When the blades are rotated in one direction, the threaded rod will rotate in one direction and thus it moves the upper disk of the chapathi maker upwards. The platform will stop when the air is stopped. When the high-pressure air goes out of the cylinder in another hole, the blades in the vane will rotate in another direction and thus it moves the upper disk downwards. By using the Pneumatic Chapathi  Machine, the user can make chapathi quickly and easily.
