The main objective of Emission Controller in Automobiles Using Black Box project is to store and analyze the status of Carbon Oxide emitted by vehicles. This project is user-friendly and works very efficiently.
The main parts of this project are:
Carbon Oxide sensor – it is used to sense the amount of Carbon Oxide. Then, it sends signal to the microcontroller. This sensor is connected with the silencer of the vehicle.
Microcontroller unit – it is used to control the operations. The values are stored in the microcontroller. Since microcontroller is used, the operations are very sensitive.
When the vehicle is supposed to FC, the monitoring device is connected with the black box. The monitoring device includes a personal computer (PC). The Black box is connected with the PC through USART. By using the software in the PC, we can read the data stored in the black box.
If the data stored is normal, the vehicle is allowed for FC. By using this project, the user can easily check the status of the vehicle while inspecting it. Emission Controller in Automobiles Using Black Box project can be easily implemented in all vehicles.
This project stores the status of the Carbon oxide continuously.
During FC, the data can be restored. It helps to find out the amount of Carbon oxide dissipated.
