Abstract
The main objective of the Automatic Rain Operated Wiper project is to develop a electronically controlled automatic rain operated motor. This project automatically controls the wiper of the vehicle. In this project, the sensor is used to detect the rain or water flow. If rain comes, the sensor will sense the rain or flow water and it sends the control signal to the wiper motor. Automatic Rain Operated Wiper project is user-friendly and works efficiently.
The main components of the rain operated motor are given below:
- Conduction sensor (Tough sensor) circuit
- Control Unit
- Wiper motor
- Glass frame
INTRODUCTION
Automatic Rain Operated Wiper project is fully equipped by the sensors circuit and wiper motor. This project is very useful for the automobile vehicles and it forms an integral part of best quality. This project is tested in many automobile vehicles and it works very efficiently.
The Automatic rain operated wiper system is a fully automated project. Nowadays, mechanical field is developing very quickly. This project is broadly recognized as replacement of manual effort by the mechanical power in all degrees of automation. The operation of system remains a very important part of the system although with changing demands on physical input as the degree of mechanization is increased. This project is very genuine.
Degrees of automation are of two types and they are given below:
• Full automation – The human participation is not required in full automation.
• Semi automation – Here, a combination of manual effort and mechanical power is required.
Working Principle
In this project, the battery will supply the power to the sensor and the rain operated motor. During the time of rain fall, the wiper motor will be activated automatically. The senor is placed in the vehicle glass. Here, the conductive (Touch) sensor is used. It will sense the rain and sends control signal to the wiper motor. The control unit will activate the wiper motor automatically. In this way, automatic rain operated wiper project works.
