Abstract

Today, quality control plays a very important role in all the industries. The main objective of this project is to check the quality of the product automatically. This project is very helpful in the industries and it reduces the time consuming of the production. By using this project, the user can easily identify the quality of product. This project is user-friendly and it works very efficiently.

In this project, the load sensor is used to check the weight of the product. The good and bad products are separated via the motor. The electronic control board will control the motor control. Here, the motor is used to rotate the conveyor in both directions. According to the weight of the product placed in motor, we can control the direction of motor. By using the motor direction control unit, we can run the motor. By using this project, we can identify the good products and bad products easily. Also, we can reduce the time consumption in the industry.
