Abstract

In Purchase Request Approval System, the user can create a purchase request to purchase any item. Based on the price of the request and the reporting and approving hierarchy of the organization, this system will generate an approval route for this purchase request. The user will submit this purchase request and it will flow to the next approver in the route. There are many approvers in the route. They can be either in parallel or series or a combination of both.

The Purchase Request Approval System will send the reminder mails to users when a request is waiting for its approval for a long time. Also it sends mail to user, when his request is approved fully. This system also has report generation facility. By using report generation, the user can generate the different reports.

Front End: PHP

Back End: Apache HTTP server 2.2

RAM: Minimum 1 GB RAM

Hard Disk: 60 GB HDD or more
