Abstract

Nowadays, automation of machine plays a very important role in all industries. By using the electronic sensors, we can automate all kinds of machines. CNC Bar Feeding Machine project is one of automation process. CNC Bar Feeding Machine project is also an automation process. In this project, electronic sensors are used.

By using the electronic automations, the motor will control the bar automatically. Here, we can move the bar with the regular time interval. The keypad is interfaced with the controlling unit. By using keypad, we can determine the time interval. By using the motor controller, the controlling unit will control the motor. The controlling unit is used to monitor the readings. The display unit is interfaced with the controlling unit. The readings are displayed on display unit.

Based on the time interval given by the controlling unit, we can move the bar automatically. We can use the CNC Bar Feeding Machine project for many purposes. It is user-friendly and works very efficiently.
