Abstract

The main objective of this project is to develop an intranet based application for automating the process of Resume Writing. By using this application, the employees can easily create and print their resumes in a proper format.

The higher management can use this application to search the employees. Based on the employee’s skills sets and other attributes, higher management can select the employee for their company. This application stores the information of all the skill-holders in a centralized repository. So, we can identify an employee with a particular skill set immediately using this application. The resume builder application is very user-friendly and works efficiently.
