The main aim of Online Carrier Guidance and Placement System is to develop a web-based and central recruitment system for the Human Resource (HR) Group of a company. This project provides informations like job vacancy details, Interview schedules, Results of the applicants interview, and complete report to the administrator.

• Initializing the Interview process
• Scheduling the interviews
• Storing Interview results of the applicants
• Hiring the applicants
• Generating the reports

The job seekers can register themselves to this project and then they can attend the exams. Based on the exam result, the job seekers are short listed. For fresher, the exam will be conducted at some places after short listing of the preliminary Aptitude Test. The Online Carrier Guidance and Placement Unit project is an online website. By using this website, the job seekers can view the details of the examination, venue & Date of the examination.
