It should create day shift only for the people who are above managerial code. A person getting day shift for this week will be working in night shift in next week and this will change weekly. Application can generate shifts for a department and some of the departments or a company. The application can maintain the details of all employees such as their name, date of birth, salary, designation, Date of joining, department and other details. It stores leave details of employees like which employees are on leave, generates shifts based on that detail and also calculates salary of all employees. Only authorized user of the corresponding department or company can create the shifts for the employees of company. The application is having good security.

The proposed system of computerizing the internal and external functionalities of the entire organization or a company is having many advantages but this application requires huge investments.

By using this application, they can view their entire functionalities of the organization from an administrator’s point of view. Also they can monitor the employees of their company and can take the proper decisions in these competitive days, which is very helpful for their company or organization.
