Office Management System project

The Office Management System project will be supposed to implement and tracking Complaints from Customers and generating monthly bills to the Customers of the Enterprise. This project will also be able to provide reports related to the payments recived from the customers and also Outstanding Reports.

Main aim of developing Office Management System is to provide an easy way not only to automate all functionalities of a Vehicle Monitoring office’s, but also to provide full functional reports to top management of company with the finest of details about every aspect of Inventory ,Sales, Billing and Service details.

We are committed to bring the best way of management in the various forms of OMVMS. We understand that OMVMS in not a product to be sold, it is a tool to manage the inner operation of Vehicle Monitoring office’s from inventory of products to sales and Services and Billing.

Modules of Office Management System project:

Supplier Module:

In this module of Application will stores and maintains the details of the Suppliers of both the types of Hardware and Sim suppliers.To save these details all the Mandatory fields should be entered with proper values and these Supplier details can be Modifiable or deletable

Stock: This module is used to keep the Inventory of Hardware unit. It allows to add the details of Hardware supplied from the Supplier. To save these details all the Mandatory fields should be entered with proper values and these Supplier details can be Modifiable or deletable

SIM: This module is used to keep the Inventory of SIM. It allows to add the details of SIM supplied from the SIM Supplier. To save these details all the Mandatory fields should be entered with proper values and these SIM details can be Modifiable or deletable.

Customer: This modules used to store and maintain the details of Customers along with their Vehicle details etc. To save these details all the Mandatory fields should be entered with proper values and these Customers details can be Modifiable or deletable.

Association: This modules deals with aspect of making association of Customers at the time of installation of Both Sim and Hardware to his Vehicle in order to Generate monthly Service Charges to the Customer. To make association the related data like Customer No and his Vehicle No and Hardware No ,Sim No and Installation Report No should be selected from displaying values

Payments & Bill Maintenance: This modules is used to keep track all the payments done by each and every customers including the Kind of payments like Installation, Monthly Service Charges, Late Fee etc. To save the payment details the type of payment should be selected and the payment values should be entered.

Complaints: This module will handle storing the Complaints from the Customers and also assigning complaints to Technicians and also Viewing the status of Complaints and giving Priority. Complaints will be recorded by selecting Vehicle Number and the type of complaints will be stored with setting its priority and the Complaints will be assigned to the Technisions to solve the Complaints. After solving the complaint action will be finished by updating to the registered complaints.
