The web vehicle agent system is an application that is designed mainly for the vehicle agency. In the existing system the vehicle agency maintain all the details related to the day to day transactions through the pen paper work. Even the vehicle details, client details and the RTO document transfer details are maintained through the pen paper work in the existing system. This will involve a lot of human work or effort. It will be very time consuming. In order to overcome such situation, the web vehicle agent application is designed. It will be very useful both to the clients and the management. The user interface must be simple and easy to understand even by the common man.

The clients can place an order for the desired vehicle through this application. They can also send request messages to the vehicle agency if they are not satisfied with the vehicles that are posted in the website. The seller and the receiver will get the messages after the RC is transferred.  The details of the clients or the vehicles or employees can be obtained just in one mouse click through this application with great ease. This will be one of the applications that one can work on and implement in real time. The features that can be included in the web vehicle agent system are as follows:

• Vehicle details: The vehicle details like name, owner name, model etc are maintained through this application with great ease.
• Customer details: The details like name, address, contact number etc can be maintained through this application with great ease.
