The main objective of this project is to develop a online community management system for a company, organization, Club, Association or Corporation. This project contains news, classifieds, discussions and list of events. It will combine many online applications into one user-friendly package.

It stores database records in MS-Access, MY SQL database. It uses the data stored in the central database on the server. We can virtually install the database on the web server in the organization. UA Portal will use four security levels and they are given below:

• Security level 0
• Security level 1
• Security level 2
• Security level 3

The security level 0 will allow the users to view all portal areas. By default, all users will come under security level 0 with limited permissions. The security levels and permissions are assigned by the administrator.
