The main objective of the Civil Registry system is to help the Indian citizens to apply for the register certificates like birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate etc and the government records like Voter’s ID card, Passport, PAN card, driving license etc.

This online system also works as consultancy agency to help the public. This website brings awareness about the government or legal documents and its registration details among the people. It helps the people to apply for those government documents.

The main purpose of the civil registry system is to prevent the long queues at the government offices and assure a smooth working schedule at all government offices and minimize the effort of the candidate. By using this system, the candidate can save his time.

–          are the two main modules of Civil Registry project.

Administrator module maintains authentication in order to access the application. Administrator can verify all requests from citizens like voter ID registration, passport registration, birth registration, marriage registration, electricity registration etc. Then he can approve the appropriate requests. Also he can send mails and view the feedbacks of candidates.

In Citizen’s module, Indian citizens can apply for the register certificates like birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate etc and government records such as Voter’s ID, passport, pan card etc. Also he can check the status of his requests and post comments about the website.

Visitors can post feedbacks about website. Also he can view all details of registration like birth, marriage, death certificates etc.
