Information Desk System DFD:
The modules that can be included in this application are as follows:
- Officer module: This module will allow the officer to access the data that have been sent by the school principals.
- System administrator module: This module allows the system administrator to perform database backup or restore functions.
- School principal module: The principal will be responsible for this module as he needs to collect the number of students, faculties, number of classes and the attendance of both students and teachers.
The various input and output forms that are available in this application are as follows:
- Login form: The administrator will be able to login and will be able to add, update and make reports based on the data collected.
- Officer detail form: The complete information about the students and teachers can be obtained through this module.
- Administration detail form: The data sent by the principals will be analyzed by the administrator through this form.
- School principal detail form: The details of the students will be inserted by the principal through this form.
