Main aim of Plywood Sales Inventory System is to provide an easy way not only to automate all functionalities of a Plywood manufacturing companies office, but also to provide full functional reports to top management of company with the finest of details about every aspect of wood inventory and sales. This Student project is developed using VB.NET programming language and all the record stores in SQL Server.
We are committed to bring the best way of management in the various forms of Plywood Sales and Inventory System. We understand that Plywood software application in not a product to be sold, it is a tool to manage the inner operation of plywood manufacturing company from inventory of finished products to sales.
Scope of Plywood Sales Inventory System:
This Application works in Multiple PC’s installed on multiple Computers but sharing same database by which users of different department can use it sitting at different locations simultaneously. But in future we can make the Application where the database will be hosted in order to manage the all departments which will be located in different places and by keeping domain of Application as Online.

Modules of the project:
- Admin module: This module is for administrator where admin can login to the software by entering login credentials. Admin has full authority of the software.
- Settings module: This module creates Wood type, category, Product, Price,and unit.
- Customer module: This module stores Plywood management customer records.
- Inventory: This module manages the stock keeping and stock entry aspects of the plywood manufacturing company.
- Order Processing: This module deals with processing of the distributors/Client orders.
- Sales: This module deals with the actual sales of the product to distributor or client and generating Bills.
- Report module: This module generates report of sales and orders.
