This Job Consultancy Management system has computerized the operations done in a JOB CONSULTANCY. It maintains various files by doing additions & modifications to them. It has a selection process where persons are selected according to the client requirements. This is done making use of personal details, personal qualification, client details and client requirements.
This project is aimed at developing Job Consultancy software for job recruiters. Some of the features of the system are storing records of clients who offer jobs, storing job details, storing candidate’s details, storing fee details etc. It also generates report of clients, candidates, fee etc.
The ultimate goal of this Job consultancy project is to create a jobs portal to provide an effective and efficient way of getting jobs in the well-reputed organization for the jobseekers and for the employers to fill their organizations with the motto of “right person for the right job”.

User types of Job Consultancy Management System
- Administrator: Admin will login using his/her username and password, if it is valid s/he will be taken to the homepage else an invalid message will be sent. On logging in admin can add/view/update/delete all the details (user, client, job, candidate & payment details). Admin can also search jobs and also can match candidate’s profiles for the list of available jobs.
- Users (Employees): Users (employees) will have unique username and password provided by the admin, using which they can access the software. Users will login using his/her username and password, if it is valid s/he will be taken to the homepage where he can add/view/update the candidate details and also can manage payment details. Users can also search jobs and also can match candidate’s profiles for the list of available jobs. Else if the username and password is invalid, an invalid message will be sent to him/her.
PROJECT MODULES:
Login:
- Input: User name and password
- Process definition: If user name and password is correct then it goes to the appropriate main page otherwise display error message.
- Output: Allows user to master page.
Adding users
- Input: Entering the details such as username, password, branch etc.
- Processing: User details are stored.
- Output: Proper data will be stored as well as can be retrieved.
Adding clients:
- Input: Entering the client details such as company name, branch, etc
- Processing: Client details are stored.
- Output: Proper data will be stored as well as can be retrieved.
Adding jobs:
- Input: Entering the job details such as job title, job description, etc
- Processing: Job details are stored.
- Output: Proper data will be stored as well as can be retrieved.
Adding Candidates:
- Input: Entering candidate details such as first name, last name, address, qualification etc
- Processing: Candidate details will be stored
- Output: Proper data will be stored as well as can be retrieved.
Searching jobs:
- Input: Select company name, job title etc
- Processing: Candidate profiles matching jobs will be searched.
- Output: Candidate profiles matching jobs will be displayed.
Adding placement form:
- Input: Enter placement form details such as interview date, document submitted, etc
- Processing: Placement details are stored.
- Output: Proper data will be stored as well as can be retrieved.
