This project Ice-Cream Shop Management System for Ice cream Company is developed using VB.Net as Front-end and MS SQL Server as back-end. This project is prepared to help the admin to maintain the day to day operations. There is a single Admin who will keep track of all the users and file transactions. It is aimed at developing Sales and Inventory Management System of Ice Cream Company. This is one integrated system that is used by the admin where all the information will be authentic and secured.
The Ice-Cream Shop Management System will nurture the needs of an individual customer. The admin can easily access to the system and check for availability of the items. It is also developed to fulfill the needs of the company which allows to enter the details of the request & transaction, and preserving a soft copy of the records. It keeps track of employees of the company and the customers.

MODULES OF Ice-Cream Shop Management System
- Add Ingredients: This module is capable storing the raw materials that is used for the manufacture of ice-cream.
- Add Flavour: This module is capable of adding varieties of flavour to which the product belongs to.
- Add Category: This module is capable of adding different types of categories of ice-cream.
- Add Flavour and Category: This module is capable of adding both flavour and category to which the product belongs to.
- Add Poducts: This module is capable of adding different products.
- Add Workers: This module is capable of adding details of the different workers.
- Order Details: This module is capable of adding the customer order details and also product details in a specified format.
- Searching: In this module the admin can search the products from the database based on criteria’s.
- Transactions: This module stores the details about the transactions like buying and selling products from suppliers, updating cash and bills.
- Packing: This module contains the details about the different types of packing materials available.
- Report Generation: This is a client program which will request for reports.
