Bank Management Software

The main objective of this project is to develop the software which stores all the details pertaining to the Customer who stayed in Bank, total available balance, amount withdrawned by the customer and deposited by the customer and the reports are generated. Which will display the records in the grid. The Banking management system is a multi-user system. It has been developed in a way to allow
the user to perform the functions smoothly and with proper veracity. The System is developed in
Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 2008 and Microsoft SQL server 2008.The systems maintain the data
of the customer and its transaction detail with date and timing.

Objective of the project :

To make software fast in processing, with good user interface so that user can change it and it should be used for a long time without error and maintenance. Maintaining hard copy of all the details would be time consuming where as usage of software would make the system time efficient and easy to retrieve. Very less amount of paper work involved and data maintained in a secure manner.

Functional Requirements of Bank Management Software :

• Login :

Input : Username and Password.

Output : Login successful.

Processing : Check whether the Username and Password is valid.

• User Profile :

Input :  Details about the Bank Employees.

Output : Values are been saved.

• Open New Account :
  • Saving Bank Account :
    • Input :  Save’s the details about the SB Account Holder and opens the Account.
    • Output : Values are been saved.
  • Fixed Deposit :
    • Input : Save’s the details about the FD Account Holder and opens the Account.
    • Output : Values are been saved.

• Recurring Deposit :
  • Input : Save’s the details about the RD Account Holder and opens the Account.
  • Output : Values are been saved.

• Manage Acount :

  • Input : Change the details of the account holder.
  • Output : Details are updated.

• Inactivate :

  This module shows us the details which are stored in the database are displayed in the grid.
