Online JCB Portal website designed for JCB dealer. This website provides all information about JCB machines to the customer and customers can send purchase request through online. The main use of this website is customers can directly send purchase request just by visiting the website. The management can send quotation to customers directly through online. Even management can view all customer details. One more advantage of this system is the customers can send service or training request after purchasing machine.
In the existing system the customer have to visit JCB showroom to query about JCB machines and this method is not user friendly. Even it takes many days to deliver the JCB machines after sending purchase request due to many formalities. The current system is online system where customer can view all Machine information in detail.

Module Description :
The system consists of the following modules:
- Web builder module:
This module is for management where management can edit, post or update the web pages.
- Machine and solutions module:
This module views all JCB machines with details. Customers can view all the information and features of JCB machines.
- Customer service module:
In this module customer can send service or training request. Customer can send service request by entering his purchased JCB details, and query details.
- Gallery module:
In the gallery module the admin can upload photos and videos of JCB. Admin can create different categories of gallery.
- Account module:
This module is for customers. Visiting customers can view machine details, about page, gallery, and contact page. To send quotation request or purchase request the customer needs to register the website. Customer will receive an login id and password after the registration.
- Dashboard module
This dashboard module is for administrator and the management. This dashboard module has complete control of the website. Even administrator can view different kinds of report in the dashboard module.
Future scope of the Project :
- We can implement SMS features after sending purchase request or quotation request.
- In future we can make mobile apps.
