Authentication management system is an application that will electronically monitor the attendance of the students or the employees only after the authenticating that it is the right person. This will not allow any strangers to enter into the organization or the institution without the identity card that will be used to monitor the attendance. The main aim of this project is to maintain the details of the employees of the organization or the students of the institution. The user interface must be simple and easy to understand. This will be one of the interesting applications that one can work and implement in real time world.
The marking of the attendance of the students or the employees requires a lot of pen and paper work. It will consume a lot of time. Usually in colleges there will be some or the other person will be giving some proxy attendance of other person. So through the use of this application, all these proxy attendance can be stopped. There will be strict policy in the attendance matter. You can fix the punch in and punch out time through this application. It has the capacity of uniquely identifying a person and makes the attendance of the person. The database must be strong enough to store all the information of the students or the employees. This will ensure only the authorized people to have an entry into the organization or the institution. The features that can be included in this project are as follows:
- Reduction of work: A lot of pen paper work can be reduced since attendance can be recorded electronically.
- No proxy attendance: The proxies that are given in the schools or the colleges will be reduced through this application.
- Easy calculation of attendance: The attendance of the employees or the students can be calculated easily through this system.
